DNS Update

The IP address for apocalypsefalcon.com changed sometime earlier today, and when I could not access my site I realized that the address had changed and updated the DNS settings for apocalypsefalcon.com accordingly. This site and all the other features should be fully functional again. This only happens MAYBE twice a year and sometimes not even once, so it is not a very big problem.

Change the Windows License Key

In certain situations, I have had the need to use a windows install disc from a different computer to reinstall windows. In this case, the disc may use that computers windows key. Since 2 computers are not allowed to have the same windows key, and the computer I installed on had a legitimate windows key, I used the following script to change the license key. This is mostly for people installing windows by themselves, and is in general not needed, but for some people it can be useful and that is why I am posting it here.

New Site

I have decided to keep drupal as my CMS (after figuring out Ubuntu and Firefox use it as well, I might as well use it). It has a lot of nice features that I don't feel like writing myself, so I have elected to keep it. Also, it is now hosted on a newer, upgraded server that has a little more power to render pages with. Also, I plan to update this with a LOT more content, some tutorials on programming, jokes, and anything else I think up. It will take me a few days to populate this site with content, but it will be beneficial when I do.
